Privacy is very important at Appeon. This privacy statement discloses which information is gathered and tracked, how the information is used, and with whom the information is shared.
Appeon collects information in several ways from different parts of the Appeon Site, which include:

If you choose not to provide the information we request, you can still visit most of the Appeon Site, however, you may be unable to access certain options, offers, downloads, and services.
The information Appeon gathers is provided to us by the user when: the user creates a new Appeon user account, the user submits information through feedback forms, or the user submits information in order to gain access to Appeon online resources. Appeon does not itself attempt to gather any information not voluntarily provided by the user. Furthermore, Appeon Site is free from any invasive technologies such as spyware. Cookies are the only technology utilized and for the sole purpose of tracking whether the user is logged in or out of the system.
Any information voluntarily provided to us by the user is never sold to third parties. Appeon utilizes such information only for its own internal use to offer our users with valuable information, new products, and new services. In certain geographies, where Appeon products and services are offered through a partner, Appeon may share certain information such that those partners are able to service our customers. Appeon only utilizes information to better serve our customers.
We follow industry practices regarding the retention of information. However, Appeon is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party sites even if those third-party sites are hyperlinked from the Appeon Site. The user is encouraged to check the privacy statements posted on third-party sites as they may differ from Appeon's own privacy policies.
